I Want to Be in Spirit: Discovering a Beautiful New Beginning in His Grace

I want to be in spirit: I want to be, “In Presence of Spirit”

A stunning, expansive view of a deep blue lake. Across the wide water stands a grand, majestic mountain, creating a perfect balance of unmovable strength and peaceful reflection under a bright sky.
Finding perfect reflection and stillness beside the living waters.

I was thinking that if I held contempt for all the things I have put up with, a roaring lion would be up in my face. One of those episodes of someone else’s pure rage would appear. Furthermore, I would be in sorry shape. Consequently, it is why my writings with the Lord are so important to me.

Universally for You and Me. Oh Lord, have mercy on the world. In Your Name, dear Lord Jesus Christ, I am ready for the first, then the total. One hundred forty to hundreds. Please clear my mind of these negative images, which keep haunting my thoughts.

I went out on the only limb there was. Indeed, He had to know. The first love I put on Facebook for him and one other to see, along with all that possibly saw it through him. Ultimately, I have no idea.

I followed the course to the end for a new beginning, “In Presence of Spirit.” Going to do it! Got to do it! Have to do it! I already started it. I had to be, “In Presence of Spirit.” To me, it is being “in the presence of spirit.” In Your Name, Jesus Christ, I do pray. May the Lord of Hosts come into the very presence of your spirit.

“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.”

— Galatians 5:25-26 (KJV)

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, Walker about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”

— 1 Peter 5:8-9 (KJV)

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trustee in thee.”

— Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)

Daily Affirmations

• I release all trailing thoughts of contempt and past rage, letting the perfect peace of Christ guard my mind today.

• I step out boldly on the path of faith, fully committed to the new beginning the Lord has prepared for my soul.

• I shield my heart with the presence of the Holy Spirit, walking unmovable and free from every haunting image of the past.

Reflection

Refusing to harbor past affliction protects the soul from surrounding storms.

When we lay down heavy memories of external anger, we prevent those negative cycles from clouding our spiritual view.

True freedom is found when we fully submit our thoughts to the Lord, stepping away from worldly noise to dwell completely and safely within the sanctuary of His ever-present light.
